How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 2 business days and will take 3-15 business days to arrive depending on your location. Please see the estimated delivery time below:
Europe: 3-5 business days
US & Canada: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Poland, Europe.

How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number by email 2 days after your order has been dispatched. If you have any issues tracking your parcel please email us at hello@burnedwords.com

What is your returns and refunds policy?
You can return your order within 14 days. (Does NOT apply to any of our customization pieces).
The condition for a refund is to receive the product with no signs of use. The refund will be made up to 7 days after receiving the return.

How do I change or cancel my order?
